COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s golf team moved into 11th place Friday at the NCAA Championships, hosted at the par-71 Tulsa Country Club in Tulsa, Okla. The Buckeyes shot a 311 Friday and currently have a score of 923 (+84) after three rounds of play.

Lisa Strom (Jr., North Wales, Pa.) had the Buckeyes’ best round Friday, as she fired a two-over-par 73, which moved her into a tie for 21st place overall. Summerset Lovett (Sr., Honolulu, Hawaii) shot a 74 and currently stands in a tie for 29th place. Amber Amstutz (Jr., Leo, Ind.) is in a tie for 35th place with a 231.

Duke, looking for their first national title, holds an eight-stroke lead over Georgia and Arizona State heading into the final round. Saturday’s action kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
