Aisle Traffic/Section Entry
Guests are urged to arrive at their seats well in advance of tip-off. As a courtesy to other guests, please remain at your seat until the play has ended. Guests should be sure their correct ticket stubs are with them and available throughout the game to assist in seat verification and entry into each aisle or section.

Animals
Animals are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with special needs. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you have questions about bringing a service animal into the building, contact Guest Services prior to arrival at (614) 688-3939.

ATMs
Huntington Bank Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) can be found on the Entry Level at sections 117 & 131 and at Section 232 on the Huntington Level.

Autographs
As a general rule, guests do not have the opportunity to obtain autographs from athletes or artists. For some concert tours or at certain designated games, special autograph sessions may be set up in the concourse.

Bicycle Parking
Bicycle racks are located outside the SE (Lane Ave & Olentangy River Road) and NW (Fred Taylor & Borror Dr) Rotundas.

Cameras

  • Video cameras, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted. The standard policy for most events (including Ohio State hockey and basketball games) allows still cameras with a lens no greater than 100mm without flash. Special Events may have their own tour policy – call 614-688-3939 to verify for each event. At no time may photography interfere with other guests’ enjoyment.
  • Still cameras with a lens greater than 100mm, any audio and video recording equipment, monopods, dual pods and tripods are not allowed to be used.
  • Images are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes and may not be re-sold without the express consent of The Ohio State University. Guests found to be using images for any commercial purpose or found to be re-selling pictures will be asked by The Ohio State University to cease and desist from using the images for commercial purposes which may be against NCAA bylaws.

Cell Phones/Computers
Cell phones and laptops are allowed in the arena as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment. No devices can be plugged into the buildings’ electrical outlets. Currently, we do not have a wireless internet connection available for guests.

Playing Court
Guests may not enter the playing court at any time. Violators are subject to arrest and may be prosecuted.
