RHP Bryce Ralston collected his team-leading eighth winbeating Penn State%^$6-1. He has 3.51 ERA in 11 starts in overallaction and he is 6-0 with 2.79 %^$ERA in six Big Ten starts withwins over Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan%^$State, Indiana andPenn State. Ralston has complete game wins at Iowa andvs.%^$Michigan State. He entered suspended game vs. Ohio State inthe third inning of%^$0-0 game and left with score 3-3 in nodecision. On the spring trip to%^$California Ralston suffered hisonly loss at Pepperdine on ‘short rest.’ Ralston%^$had acareer-best nine strikeouts vs. MSU. Alcaraz moved into third place in both%^$Michiganrecords for career hits (256) and doubles (51).
