– Admittance Policy: Everyone regardless of age is required to have a ticket, credential, or be on a pass list to gain admission into regular season Men’s Basketball and Men’s Ice Hockey games. For OSU Women’s Basketball, a child under age 2 does not need a ticket, but is required to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian
– Lost/Stolen Tickets – Guests reporting lost/stolen tickets should contact the ticket office in advance at 1-800-GOBUCKS (1-800-462-8257), however there is no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaceable.
– Ticket Issues – Guests experiencing ticket issues after entering the Schottenstein Center should contact the nearest guest service attendant for assistance. Guests also may report to the Advanced Sales window located at the ticket office near section 101.
– WARNING: Tickets should always be purchased from an authorized ticket agent. The Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, and the Ohio State Buckeyes Ticket Exchange are the only authorized sources for tickets to Ohio State events. Fans purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, EBay, and ticket brokers) assume the risk that tickets purchased could be counterfeit or that the barcodes have been otherwise invalidated. Guests with invalid tickets will be denied entry to the venue and will have no recourse for reimbursement or other compensation.
