GENERAL POLICIES

– Admittance Policy: Everyone regardless of age is required to have a ticket, credential, or be on a pass list to gain admission into regular season Men’s Basketball and Men’s Ice Hockey games. For OSU Women’s Basketball, a child under age 2 does not need a ticket, but is required to sit on the lap of their parent or guardian

  • Fans wishing to bring children under the age of 2 to any of these events may purchase a lap ticket at a discounted rate. This ticket will allow the child to enter the venue but that child must sit on their parent/guardian’s lap. If a seat must be occupied by the child and/or a carrier, then a regular ticket must be purchased.
  • Lap tickets are only available on game/event day and can be purchased at the ticket office at the venue in which the event is being held
    • Men’s Basketball – Schottenstein Center – NW or SE ticket office – $5/ticket
    • Men’s Ice Hockey -Schottenstein Center -NW or SE ticket office – $2/ticket
  • Only children UNDER age 2 are eligible for the lap ticket discount. This lap ticket policy only applies to home regular season contests in Football, Men’s Basketball, and Men’s Ice Hockey.
  • For most concerts and special events at the Schottenstein Center, a child under age 2 does not need a ticket, but it is recommended to call before you buy as some family shows have policies requiring tickets for those under age 2. Call 614-688-3939 for information about a specific event.

Disability Seating

  • Guests are able to exchange their tickets for tickets that meet their disability-related need, based on availability.
  • Guests requiring disability seating should contact the Athletics Ticket Office at least two weeks in advance, and are encouraged to make the exchange in advance of game day if possible. Advance exchanges are made at the Athletics Ticket Office located in the Schottenstein Center.
  • If guests cannot make the exchange in advance of game day, then guests can enter the Schottenstein Center with their original tickets and proceed to the Guest Services location to make the exchange.
  • Guests may call the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GOBUCKS (1-800-462-8257) for further details about the exchange process.

Ticket Issues

Lost/Stolen

– Lost/Stolen Tickets – Guests reporting lost/stolen tickets should contact the ticket office in advance at 1-800-GOBUCKS (1-800-462-8257), however there is no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaceable.

– Ticket Issues – Guests experiencing ticket issues after entering the Schottenstein Center should contact the nearest guest service attendant for assistance. Guests also may report to the Advanced Sales window located at the ticket office near section 101.

– WARNING: Tickets should always be purchased from an authorized ticket agent. The Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, and the Ohio State Buckeyes Ticket Exchange are the only authorized sources for tickets to Ohio State events. Fans purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, EBay, and ticket brokers) assume the risk that tickets purchased could be counterfeit or that the barcodes have been otherwise invalidated. Guests with invalid tickets will be denied entry to the venue and will have no recourse for reimbursement or other compensation.
