Columbus, Ohio The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) has named Steven Kehoe a first team All-American as part of its 21st Annual AVCA Division I-II Men’s All-America Teams. The awards will be presented at the NCAA Men’s Volleyball Championship Banquet on the campus of Penn State University on Wednesday, May 4.

An AVCA second team All-American last season, Kehoe is a two-time Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) Player of the Year (20010-11) and a three time first team All-MIVA selection (2009-10-11). He ranks fifth in the country in assist per set with an 11.41 average. Kehoe has directed the Buckeye offense to three consecutive MIVA regular season championships and two MIVA Tournament championships.

Ohio State (23-6) continues play in the MIVA Tournament at 7 p.m. Saturday when they host Loyola-Chicago (21-7) in St. John Arena in the championship match.
