COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State field hockey program will get its final spring tune up this weekend when it welcomes in Kent State and Miami (Ohio) for games at Buckeye Varsity Field on Saturday, April 22. The Buckeyes tangle with Kent State at 10:30 a.m. followed by Miami at 1:30 p.m.
On Sunday, Ohio State hosts its Spring Clinic from 9 a.m. – noon and 1 – 3 p.m. for players in grades six and up. For more information on that and all of the Buckeyes’ camps, visit: http://go.osu.edu/BvjS
Saturday’s format will be two 30-minute halves followed by shootouts, if necessary. It will conclude a spring schedule that saw the Scarlet and Gray travel to Louisville and Northwestern prior to this weekend’s home date.
The 2017 fall schedule, which includes six games at Buckeye Varsity Field, begins on Sunday, Aug. 27 at Lehigh. The home-opener is slated for Friday, Sept. 1 against Louisville. For a full schedule, visit: http://go.osu.edu/BvjV
