SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – Severe weather in the Chicagoland area has forced a cancellation of Saturday’s scheduled second round at the 2017 NCAA Women’s Golf Championships. Stroke play condenses to only 54 holes with the top eight teams advancing to match play starting Tuesday (May 23).
Ohio State is among a four-way tie for third place entering Round Two which will now occur on Sunday. There will be no cut down to 15 teams as originally scheduled. All 24 fours team to complete the 54 holes on Monday.
The Buckeyes play in the afternoon wave for Round Two, competing alongside Michigan and Purdue in tee times starting at 12:30 p.m. CT/1:30 p.m. ET.
