%^$South Orange, N.J. – The Ohio State Buckeyes, recording a program low 35 field goal attempts, suffered their fourth loss of the season at the hands of the Seton Hall Pirates, 71-53, Saturday afternoon in Walsh Gymnasium.%^$

%^$The Buckeyes, 2-4 overall, were held to four field goals in the first half with the last posted with 8:02 left to play. The Pirates led the entire game, 34-21 at halftime, and by as many as 26 points midway through the second half.%^$

%^$Seton Hall, 6-2, 0-1 (Big East), capitalized on the boards as well, gaining a 37-25 advantage. Fifty-one fouls were called between the two squads. OSU made 41 visits to the stripe, connecting on 28 (.683).%^$

%^$The Buckeyes don’t have long to regroup, tipping off a three games over six-days stretch Monday, hosting Eastern Michigan at Value City Arena at 7 p.m. Ohio State will cap the week hosting the Wonder/Hostess Women’s Sports Foundation Classic Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.
