COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State senior golfer Scott Anderson is one over par through 12 holes at the 2005 NCAA Central Regional Championships in South Bend, Ind. Round one play Monday was called because of darkness, which resulted from a three hour rain delay. The University of Notre Dame is playing host to the event at the par 70 Warren Golf Course (7,011 yards.).

Anderson (Great Falls, Mont.,/Great Falls) began his round on the back nine with a bogey on holes No. 10 and 11, but finished the back side with a tally of 36 thanks to a birdie on hole No. 15.

On the front side, Anderson carded a bogey on hole No. 1, but rebounded to birdie hole No. 2 and post par on the following hole to finish the day.

Anderson will resume play tomorrow beginning at 6:45 a.m. on hole No. 4.
