COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women’s tennis sophomores Julie Voss (San Angelo, Texas/St. Stephen’s Academy) and Sara Kinning (Grand Blanc, Mich./Power’s Catholic) and junior Caitlin O’Keefe (Troy, Mich./Troy) earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association Scholar-Athlete honors. O’Keefe also earned the award in 2005.

In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must be a varsity letterwinner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least 2 semesters.

Kinning, who is undeclared on her major, O’Keefe, an international business major and Voss, a music composition major, all were named Ohio State Scholar-Athletes in 2005-06. Kinning and O’Keefe were also awarded Academic All-Big Ten honors.
