COLUMBUS, Ohio – Rain moving into the Central Ohio area Tuesday afternoon has forced the postponement of the Ohio State softball team’s game against Western Michigan, originally scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Buckeye Field. A make-up date has not been set but could be announced at a later date.

The Buckeyes (22-14, 4-6 Big Ten) host six other games this week, beginning with a double-header at 5 p.m. Wednesday against Bowling Green. Conference foes Indiana and Purdue will visit Columbus this weekend. The Buckeyes and Hoosiers will meet at 5 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday, while the Boilermakers will face Ohio State in a double-header at noon Sunday.
