Columbus, Ohio – For the second straight year, the Ohio State women’s rowing team will open up its campaign with a double dual regatta against Harvard and Yale. The Buckeyes will head east to Camden, N.J., for a day of racing on the Cooper River.
The morning session will begin at 9 a.m. ET and the afternoon session will commence at 1 p.m. ET. Ohio State will face off against Yale in the morning and Harvard in the afternoon. The 1V8, 2V8, 1V4, 2V4 and 3V8 will be racing twice apiece, once per session on Saturday.
Ohio State returns 27 letterwinners from the 2017 squad that finished fifth at the 2017 NCAA Championships. Yale and Harvard are both formidable opponents, rowing in the prestigious Ivy League. Yale finished just two spots behind Ohio State at the 2017 NCAA meet with a seventh-place showing.
