COLUMBUS, Ohio – BTN announced it will air two Ohio State field hockey home games this fall. In total, the Buckeyes have appeared 12 times since the conference network launched in 2007. The home games against Michigan and Iowa at Buckeye Varsity Field will be broadcast on taped-delayed basis.

The Buckeye-Wolverine matchup played at 3 p.m. Sept. 23 will air at noon Sept. 25, while the team’s home finale vs. the Hawkeyes at 1 p.m. Oct. 8 will be shown at 2 p.m. Oct. 9.

BTN will also air the league tournament’s semifinal matches live Nov. 4 and the championship game Nov. 6 in State College, Pa.

Welcoming back seven starters and adding five freshman, head coach Anne Wilkinson and the 2011 Buckeyes look to have another strong performance in Big Ten play after claiming a share of the regular season championship and advancing to the NCAA semifinals in 2010. The Scarlet and Gray open the campaign hosting Duke at 2 p.m. Aug. 26 at Buckeye Varsity Field.
