Harkness was again the gold medalist on the 3-meter with Burkley Showe (So., Worthington, Ohio/Thomas Worthington) taking second and Jefferson capturing third place.
“It’s always great to swim against Kenyon,” Bill Wadley, head swimming coach, said. “They have such a great winning tradition in our sport. Our teams have a fun competitive tradition. We had some good swims tonight: Matthias in the 200 fly, Nate in the 200 back and Doyle in the 100 fly. Our goal is to be competitive in the relays every time out, and we did that tonight. But we need to be faster tomorrow and next week. That is our challenge.”
