COLUMBUS – The Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater New York will host a pep rally before the Buckeye men’s basketball game against Kentucky on Friday.

The rally will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Friday at Port 44, 44 Commerce St., Newark, N.J. The Ohio State athletic pep band, cheerleaders, and Brutus Buckeye are scheduled to appear around 6 p.m.

Port 44 is the home of Buckeye alumni and fans throughout the weekend, and is three blocks from the Prudential Center, site of the NCAA East Regional games. The Ohio State men open tournament play at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Friday at the Prudential Center.

SWEET 16 PLANS SET FOR DAYTON

COLUMBUS-The Ohio State Alumni Association is hosting a free pep rally in Dayton on Saturday prior to the Buckeye women’s Sweet 16 NCAA Tournament game against Tennessee at University of Dayton Arena, 1801 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd.

The rally will take place from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at Milano’s Restaurant, 1820 Brown Street, Dayton. Milano’s is just 1.5 miles from UD Arena and has ample parking. Once the pep rally concludes, fans have a short drive to the UD Arena parking lots. The game tips-off at noon.

Single-session tickets (Saturday or Monday) are available for $14. All-session tickets (Saturday and Monday) are available for $22.
