%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 5 Ohio State women’s golf team holds second place after the second round of the 2002 Bryan National Collegiate in Brown Summit, N.C. The fifth-annual tournament, hosted by Wake Forest and UNC Greensboro, is being held at the Part 72 Park Champions Golf Course (5,997).%^$

%^$After a first-round team score of 289 Friday, the Buckeyes compiled a 302 in round two. No. 2 Duke remains in first place with a score of 580.%^$

%^$Ohio State senior Ashley Lowery (West Lafayette, Ind./Kansas) paced the Buckeyes in the fourth slot individually with a score of 144. Mollie Fankhauser (Jr., Dublin, Ohio/Columbus School for Girls) is tied for 10th, shooting 148.%^$

%^$Angela Jerman of Georgia shot a 70 in the second round to take over the top position on the leaderboard with a 137 after two rounds.%^$

%^$The final round continues Sunday with a shotgun start.%^$
