COLUMBUS, Ohio – With a 1-0 win over St. Francis (Pa.), the No. 17 Ohio State women’s soccer team advances to the second round of the 2010 NCAA tournament, taking on in-state foe Dayton at 1 p.m. Sunday at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. The Flyers knocked off Virginia Tech, 3-0, in their first round match Friday evening.

Danielle Scoliere gave the Buckeyes the win on a goal in the 106th minute off an assist from Lauren Granberg. The game-winner was Scoliere’s first career goal.

Tickets for Sunday’s match are $8 for adults and $5 for students and are available at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium – cash only – the day of the game. The first 100 OSU students will receive a free ticket with their BuckID and gates open at 11 a.m.

The winner of Sunday’s match takes on the winner of the Virginia/South Carolina match next weekend.
