COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State State men’s cross country team concluded the 2003 season as they finished 15th at the 2003 NCAA Championships at Northern Iowa’s Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course Waterloo, Iowa. The Buckeyes, who made their second-consecutive NCAA championships appearance finished the event with 418 total team points.

The Buckeyes placed two runners in the Top 50 out of 254 of the nation’s top distance runners, during the men’s 10-kilometer event. Sophomore Brian Olinger (Fresno, Ohio/Ridgewood) led the way as he finished 44th overall in a time of 30:28.3.

Senior co-captain Rob Myers (Rushville, Ohio/Fairfield) also finished in the Top 50 as he concluded his running career at Ohio State as clocked a time of 30:32.5 to finish 49th.

The Stanford Cardinal captured both men’s and women’s NCAA titles.
