Work began last week to replace the grass field at Ohio Stadium in time for the No. 1 Buckeyes’ final home football game vs. No. 2 Michigan (3:30 p.m., Nov. 18). The Ohio Stadium crew completed the lay out of the sod Saturday and Sunday.
The field also was replaced earlier this season prior to the Oct. 7 home victory over Bowling Green. The Buckeyes also defeated Indiana (Oct. 21) and Minnesota (Oct. 28) on the second turf.
