COLUMBUS, Ohio Senior tri-captain Steven Moneke, a member of the national runners-up Ohio State men’s tennis team, advanced to his third-career quarterfinal appearance after defeating 36th-ranked Jay Weinacker in three sets 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, Friday at the 2009 NCAA Singles Championship in College Station, Texas, at Texas A&M’s George P.
