Senior RHP Luke Bonner made his first relief appearance of theseason in the ninth inning and record his first save of the season,his second career save.
Senior RHP Putz record is 5-4. He has won four of his last fiveagainst Big Ten opponnents. He notched wins over Minnesota, MSU,Indiana, Ohio State and his loss came against Penn State.
Michigans win was its 30th win of the season.
