COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s golf team stands in eighth place with a score of 590 (+14) after two rounds of the Bruce Fossum-Taylor Made Invitational in East Lansing, Mich. The Buckeyes shot 295 in both the first and second rounds Saturday. The event is being held at the par 72 Forest Akers West Golf Course (7,013 yards).

Ohio State sophomore Colin Biles (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) is tied for fifth place on the individual leaderboard after posting scores of 72 and 71, respectively, for a total of 143. Classmate Jamie Miller (Silver Creek, N.Y./Silver Creek Central) is tied for 14th with a mark of 146 after shooting 72 and 74.

Xavier leads the 15-team field with a 6-under score of 570. Indiana’s Jeff Overton leads the medalist race with a nine-under mark of 135.

The final round is scheduled for 9 a.m. Sunday.
