EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Ohio State men’s golf team posted a 289, the lowest round at this years Big Ten Championships so far. The Buckeyes hurdled the Michigan State Spartans and moved into second place, two strokes behind Indiana.

%^$The Buckeye attack is led by Ryan Armour (Sr., Silver Lake, Ohio), who moved into first place in the individual standings. Armour is deadlocked with Corey Sullivan from Indiana with a 1-over-par 217. Senior Craig Matthew (Point Claire, Quebec) rebounded nicely and jumped up ten positions, falling into third place with a 3-over-par 219. Matthew recorded an amazing 5-under-par 67 during the third round of golf. Matthew’s 67 is also the tournament’s lowest round thus far.

%^$Ohio State will look to overcome the Hoosiers during the final round of golf tomorrow. The Buckeyes are in search for their fourth straight Big Ten title. The final round of golf is slated to begin at 8 a.m.%^$
