Dallas – The Ohio State men’s golf team finished the second round of the Red River Classic in sixth place. The first two rounds of the tournament were held on Monday. The Buckeyes shot a 561 (-15), 17 shots behind the leader South Carolina, which finished the second round at 544 (-32). South Carolina’s score set a new tournament record through 36 holes.%^$ David Wagenseller (So., Wilmington, Ohio) leads the Buckeyes with a 135 (-9). John Bloomfield of South Carolina leads the field at 131 (-13), which tied a 36-hole tournament record. %^$ The third and fourth rounds of the 72-hole tournament will be played on Tuesday .%^$
