ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Ohio State men’s golf team drops to 6-under-par after recording a 286 in the second round of the NCAA Championships. The Buckeyes made the final cut of 15 teams by tying for ninth place after two rounds of play.

%^$Craig Matthew (Sr., Point Claire, Quebec) and Jeff Brown (Sr., Columbus, Ohio) led the Buckeyes during second round action. Both OSU golfers scored 3-under-par 69s for round. Matthew moves into a tie for 32nd place along with teammate Ryan Armour (Sr., Silver Lake, Ohio) at 2-under-par.

%^$The Buckeyes will have their work cut out for them in order to catch team leading UNLV who sits at 23-under-par after racking up an unbelievable 269 (19-under-par) during the second round. Third round action picks up tomorrow.%^$
