COLUMBUS, Ohio Jamar Butler has won the last seven games in which he has played after helping his Tidewater Sealants squad to a 94-91 victory in the second game of the Portsmouth Basketball Invitational Friday.

Butler, who helped Ohio State to the 2008 National Invitation Tournament earlier this month with five consecutive wins, is playing along with classmate Othello Hunter in Portsmouth, Va., before National Basketball Association scouts.

Butler scored 15 points Friday on 7-of-13 shooting from the field. He knocked down 1-of-3 from 3-point range to advance in the four-day event.

The Sealants are in the title game at 8 p.m. Saturday against the Portsmouth Sports Club. Hunter plays at 2 p.m. in a consolation game.
