Marsch, Schillig qualify for 2017 UCA College Cheer and Dance National Championships

Congratulations to Carter Marsch and Lexi Schillig for qualifying for the 2017 Universal Cheerleaders Association College Partner Stunt Championships! Carter and Lexi are the first Ohio State couple to qualify for the UCA partner stunt championships since 2007 when OSU had two pairs qualify.

The UCA partner stunt championships will take place Friday, Jan. 13 in Orlando, Florida to begin the 2017 UCA/ UDA College Cheer and Dance National Championships. Carter and Lexi placed 7th out of 26 total entries and the top 16 couples from around the country qualified for the competition. The structure for the performance is a 60-second routine highlighting the most creative, difficult and well executed stunts performed by the coed pairs.

The championships will air on ESPN in the weeks following the competition. Dates will be posted prior to the competition.
