COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State and Notre Dame will compete twice this weekend in a home-and-home series on Sept. 8 and 10. The Buckeyes and Fighting Irish were originally scheduled to face off Saturday, Sept. 9 as part of the Coastal Carolina Classic, an event which has been cancelled because of Hurricane Irma threats.
St. John Arena is set to host Friday’s 7 p.m. ET meeting before the action shifts to Purcell Pavilion in South Bend for a 1 p.m. ET Sunday showdown. Admission is free for both matches, but Ohio State Athletics will be collecting cash donations for the Red Cross hurricane relief fund at the door Friday evening for those wishing to help out.
