COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State Department of Athletics would like to provide two important reminders regarding tickets for the game Saturday vs. Penn State.

1. PURCHASE TICKETS FROM AUTHORIZED SOURCES
With the increased demand for tickets and the rise in fraudulent ticket activity associated with games of this magnitude, The Department of Athletics urges fans to purchase tickets only through Ohio State authorized sources. Those sources are:

These are the only authorized sources for tickets to Ohio State Athletics events.

Fans purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources, including StubHub, Vivid Seats, CraigsList, etc., assume the risk that these tickets could be counterfeit or otherwise invalid. Any fan attempting to enter Ohio Stadium with counterfeit or invalid barcodes will be denied entry.

Ticket holders wishing to transfer or sell their valid Ohio State tickets have many options available through their online ticket accounts. Details on mobile entry, ticket forwarding, and ticket resale options can be found online in Ohio State’s Digital Ticketing Guide.

2. TICKETS IN PDF FORMAT MUST BE PRINTED ON PAPER
PDF tickets (or print-at-home tickets shown with a standard barcode) must be printed and presented on paper for entry. PDF tickets will not be scanned from a mobile device. Requests to have PDF tickets printed by the ticket office will incur a per-ticket reprint fee.

For fans wishing to utilize mobile entry, only Ticketmaster mobile-compatible tickets – those generated by Ticketmaster and shown as a QR code – will be accepted for entry into the venue on a mobile device.

Fans can protect themselves from fraud by following these and other guidelines found online at http://go.osu.edu/TicketProtection
