COLUMBUS, Ohio – Up against the top teams in the nation, junior Ian Connor (Lexington, Ohio) placed 17th individually (24:36) to help the Buckeyes to an outstanding fifth-place showing. Teammate Jason Addington (Sr., Bolivar, Ohio) followed with a time of 24:41 for 22nd place. Michigan and Georgetown tied for the team title.%^$

The Ohio State women’s team also posted strong times to place 13th with again Alexis Schulist (Sr., Muskegon, Mich.) pacing the pack in 23rd place. In her third-consecutive meet, Schulist has been OSU’s top finisher, clocking in with a season-best time of 18:02.%^$

The Buckeyes will hit the road next weekend to compete in the All-Ohio Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8 in Delaware, Ohio. %^$
