COLUMBUS, Ohio – The first of 32 regular season matches is just 16 days away for the Ohio State University women’s volleyball program. Four weeks of non-conference play precede a 20-match Big Ten slate.
Erin Chatman, a sophomore outside hitter, dons the No. 16 jersey and OhioStateBuckeyes.com caught up with her for a few questions in another edition of the ‘Countdown Close-up’ series.

Chatman terminated six kills at a .308 attacking clip (6-2-13) in six sets played as a freshman in 2014. She bounced three kills on six swings against Wisconsin on Nov. 21. The Columbus native also gained valuable NCAA Tournament experience, seeing action in Ohio State’s second round victory at Kentucky.
