COLUMBUS, Ohio- While The Ohio State University women’s golf team takes a week off from competition, Haley Brown (Jr., Austin, Texas/Portland State) and Jessica Hauser (So., Hartland, Wis./Arrowhead) will travel to Destin, Fla., to compete as individuals in the Chrysler Challenge. The Chrysler Challenge is a three-day, 54-hole tournament hosted by Florida State University being held at the par-71 Baytowne Golf Course at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

The Chrysler Challenge will be held Feb. 25-27. The first and second rounds will begin at 8 a.m. Feb. 25-26. The third round will be a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on Feb. 27. Brown and Hauser will be competing against 57 student-athletes from Illinois, North Carolina, Mississippi, Mississippi State, East Tennessee State, Miami University, Kent State, Kansas, College of Charleston and Florida State. Three teams are ranked in the Top 30 by Golfweek.

The Ohio State University women’s golf team will be back in action as a squad March 5-6 in Orlando, Fla., when it competes in the UCF Challenge.
