COLUMBUS, Ohio – The 2-0 Ohio State women’s swimming and diving team faces in-state foe Denison at 6 p.m. Friday at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. The meet will be a co-ed event with the men’s teams from each respective school also competing. The Buckeyes are returning to action after defeating Kenyon and Cleveland last week to begin the 2012 campaign.
“I think the meets this time of year are a nice compliment to our training and we are trying to build on what we are doing in the practice pool every day,” head swimming coach Bill Dorenkott said. “Denison is a program we respect a lot and several of their swimmers come over and train with us during the summer. Gregg had done a terrific job there and this will be a good opportunity for us.”
