COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State rifle team (8-5) finished fourth at the Roger Withrow Invitational hosted by Murray State (Ky.) at the Pat Spurgin Rifle Range. The Buckeyes shot a 4,600 aggregate score with a 2,285 in smallbore rifle and a 2,315 in air rifle. The event was won by the West Virginia Gold squad shooting a 2,678 (2,319 smallbore, 2,359 air rifle). Top individual shooters for Ohio State were Gina Cheliras finishing eighth in smallbore rifle with a 576. The event was won by Nicco Campriani of West Virginia with a 593. In air rifle, Buckeye James Clark was seventh shooting a 587. Campriani finished first with a 596.

 The Buckeyes return home this week to host Akron Sunday.
