COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women’s golfers junior Haley Brown (Austin, Texas/Portland State) and sophomore Jessica Hauser (Hartland Wis./Arrowhead) both rounded out day two of the Chrysler Challenge in the Top 15. The Chrysler Challenge, hosted by Florida State University, is being held in Destin, Fla. at the par-71 Baytowne Golf Course at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Hauser led the two Buckeyes competing in the individual competition shooting a 78 for the second 18 holes. Combined with her score of 78 from day one, Hauser totals 156, nine strokes off the leader, and sits 10th. Brown concluded play on day two close behind Hauser in 15th. Brown’s first and second round scores of 81 and 76 brought her total to 157.

Sitting atop the individual leaderboard is Caroline Westrup of Florida State University. Westrup shot a 74 for round one and a 73 for round two, with a two-day score of 147.

The Chrysler Challenge will conclude Monday with the final round beginning at 8 a.m.

The Buckeyes will be back in action as a team March 5-6 at the UCF Challenge in Orlando, Fla.
