COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team will meet two teams that advanced to the 2003 NCAA Tournament when the team heads to Boca Raton, Fla. for its annual spring break trip March 19-25, head coach Bob Todd announced Wednesday.

The Buckeyes open the trip Friday, March 19 with a 3 p.m. game against Rider. Saturday, the team will meet Rutgers, which went 1-2 in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional last year, at a time yet to be announced. Following two days off, the team will meet Florida Atlantic, which went 1-2 at the NCAA Coral Gables Regional, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Both games will be at 7 p.m. All four games will be played at FAU Field on the campus of Florida Atlantic. The Owls are 7-0 on the season and ranked as high as 16th nationally by Collegiate Baseball.

Ohio State returns to action Feb. 27-29 at the Baseball at the Beach tournament in Myrtle Beach, S.C., against Richmond, Coastal Carolina and Kent State.
